Salt Spray Testing
Salt Spray Tester is used for testing parts rust-proof ability that had been through surface treatment such as electroplating, coating, anodizing, etc. With misty form’s salt water to speed up
corrosion, in an attempt to test specimen rust-proof ability in
short time, this tester is suitable to use in hardware, screw and electroplating industries and research organizations, etc.
There are three types of tests: Neutral salt spray test, Acetic acid spray test and Copper Speed up Acetic acid spray test.

Micro Vickers Hardness Testing
A wide range of test forces from 1.961N to
490.3N* (.2kgf - 50kgf) is available for measuring
a wide variety of specimens. The load duration can
be set in 1sec increments between 5 and 99sec.
The minimum reading of indentation is 0.1.
It allows small indentations to be measured with
high precision.

Micro Inclusion Testing
The Micro Inclusion Testing is performed with the same high
technology microscope than the Micro Structure Analysis,so it’s properties are mentioned above.

Welding Macro Testing
This equipment allows to see a cross section of the weld, and see the arrangement of the grains in the parent metal and the weld material.
This is known as its Macrostructure. Its can also show up defects such as porosity, inclusions and poor fusion.
